Please remember - although insurance payments may be pending, the patient is responsible for all charges, deductibles and co-payments. If you are uninsured, payments for the initial office visit is expected at the time services are rendered. For subsequent office visits, we will gladly work out financial arrangements that are suited to your budget. Should you have questions concerning fees and/or payment schedules, please call our office Monday through Friday, between 9:00 and 4:30p.m.
